To Rent a Space:
Security Deposit: The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Security deposit is due at lease signing.
First Month's Rent: If you move in the middle of the month, the first month’s rent will be prorated. The first month’s rent is due at lease signing.
Pet Policy: Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, including standard breed restrictions. To apply with pets, please speak with us.

To Rent a Space:
- Everyone in your household who is 18 or older needs to show a valid ID, their social security card, and proof of how much money they make.
- It costs $39 for each adult to apply per person over the age of 18.
- It usually takes 1 to 3 days to process your application. It might take longer on weekends or holidays.
- You can apply by filling out our rental application form by clicking here.

Rental Application
To complete the application, each member of your household aged 18 and above must provide a state-issued, valid photo identification, social security card, and proof of income.
